Grant Program Workshop for FY 2011 Grant Agreements Friday, September 25, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. – The Broward County Cultural Division invites nonprofit managers, board members and development and grants administrators and artists of all not-for-profit cultural organizations to a unique workshop to discuss policy recommendations for the Division’s grant programs for FY 2011, on September 25, 2009, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Broward County Main Library Room 6E (gallery area).
The Broward Cultural Council is reviewing its programs and guidelines for the coming year and is seeking input from the arts community.
In addition, the Broward County Cultural Division will also hold a Contract Administration portion of the workshop for the awarded grantees for FY 2010 for both operating and project grant recipients. Agreements for the fiscal year 2010 will be distributed and a training session will be provided on how to manage an award, the proper execution of grant agreements, invoicing, and documentation and compliance requirements for the upcoming year.
